Benga Box’s DJ Party Venue in Brisbane is BYO, allowing you to add to the festive atmosphere of the night by serving alcohol. You can bring in your own alcohol and take advantage of our 1600-litre, double-door bar fridge and portable serving tables with ice buckets. You can also bring in an outside caterer or party partner for bar service, portable bars and kegs, frozen cocktail machines and more.

How Far In Advance Should I Book a DJ Party Venue?
Securing a DJ party venue in Brisbane can be challenging, particularly if you leave it to the last minute to book. Weekends are the most popular for DJ parties, typically booking out three to six months in advance. Peak times around Christmas, school formals, and school holidays can book out even further ahead.
Midweek DJ party bookings are available on Wednesdays or Thursdays and tend not to book out so far in advance.
That said, if you wish to bring in outside caterers or entertainment, you will also need to check their availability. The further in advance you book, the more likely you will also be able to lock in your preferred party partners.

Security for your DJ party can be booked when you secure your party date. Security is compulsory for 18th birthday parties, school formal post parties, and ticketed events. Other events are at your discretion.
Getting to your DJ Party at Benga Box
Getting to your DJ party at Benga Box is easy with multiple transport options available.
By Car
DJ Parties at Benga Box are easily accessible by car, with plenty of free street parking available. The Warehouse DJ Party Venue is located in Stafford and is approximately a 16-minute drive from Brisbane City via either the Airport Link Tunnel or Kelvin Grove Road. If arriving from the North, access is easy via Gympie Road or Webster Road. From the south, simply follow the M3 to the Stafford Rd Exit. If you have visitors flying in for your DJ Party, the drive from the airport to the venue takes just over 10 minutes via the Airport Link M7.
Drop Off Area
DJ party guests can be conveniently dropped off and picked up at the main entrance to the venue, with access available directly from the street. The DJ party venue is a secure gated venue with security included for 18th birthday parties, ticketed events, school formal post parties, and parties with over 150 patrons. Security is optional for other events.
Designated Driver
If you plan on having a few cocktails or drinks at our Benga Box DJ Party Venue and intend to drive, we recommend that you arrange a designated driver who will not consume alcohol.
Parking is available close to the venue.
By Public Transport
Some public transport to Benga Box is available. The closest train station is Wilston Station with bus connections from there. Please be advised that public transport does not extend all the way to the venue, so some walking will be involved. Guests are advised to plan their journey carefully. Public transport may not be available at the conclusion of the event, especially if it finishes late.
By Rideshare/Taxi
The Benga Box DJ Party Venue is easily accessible through Rideshare services such as Uber or Taxi. Many of our patrons get dropped off and catch an Uber home.
